Position: Nirdhan Health Supervisors (NHSs)
Location: Lumbini Province (Bardiya District)

Nirdhan invites applications for the following positions for an anticipated 5-year community health awareness program to be implemented in the selected districts (Bardiya) of Lumbini province. The program aims to improve reproductive health and primary healthcare access in underserved communities through trained Nirdhan Health Facilitators

Nirdhan Health Supervisor (NHS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor 10 NSSs, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings and on-the-job support.
  • Liaise with local health facilities to strengthen referrals.
  • Monitor NSSs performance and report progress.
  • Deliver health education on maternal/child health, family planning,

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female candidates preferred (medical background: nurse, midwife, or community skilled birth attendant).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare facility.
  • Willingness to travel (Driving Motor Cycle License is an advantage).
  • Smartphone ownership (for digital reporting).
  • Candidate must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports, manage data, and deliver effective presentations during trainings and meetings.
