The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members is the highest body of the organization which provides overall guidance to the organization. It also approves the annual Audit Reports including financial statements. The AGM elects a seven member Board of Directors (BOD) from among the general members and a Chairperson and other position holders among the BOD members through consensus. The BOD makes policy decisions and strategic directions. The Board consists of seven members and sits bimonthly.
