Nirdhan Field Manager (NFM)

Location: Lumbini Province (Banke District/Bardiya/Dang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Nirdhan Health Supervisors (NHS) in assigned field areas.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and monthly field visits to ensure program quality.
• Coordinate with district health offices, local governments, and partner organizations.
• Monitor overall program implementation, data quality, and service delivery standards.
• Commitment to women’s empowerment, health equity, and climate resilience.
• Facilitate capacity building training for NHS and NHF teams.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Advance Degree in Public Health, Gender Studies or related health field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health program management or supervision.
• Previous experience in community health programs and field-based operations.
• Knowledge of health systems and rural development context of Nepal.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, data management tools).
• Valid driving license (motorcycle) and willingness for extensive field travel.
• Fluency in Nepali and local languages; English proficiency preferred.
• Experience working with NGO in health sector is an advantage.
