Buffalo and Cow Farming Taining Program at Chandrapur, Rautahat .

The three-day program financed by Nirdhan was place at Chandranigapur from 18th January to 20th January, 2024. The training program included 35 participants in all. The training program was officially opened by the acting ward chairperson of ward no. 4 Chapur Municipality, Mr. Binod Kumar Sitaula. Other attendees included Mr. Krishna Bahadur Darji, branch manager of the Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Chapur branch. Mr. Durga Prasad Chimoriya, Dr. Sulav Kumar Choudhary, and Mr. Bed Bahadur Khadka served as the program’s trainers. Introduction, objectives exchanged, expectation gathering, management of pasture and balance diets, preparation of balance diets using materials readily available locally, life cycle and cattle breeding, production management, and prevention and control of disease and parasites were among the topics covered in the training program.

During the concluding session, the attendees expressed their acknowledgement that the three-day training program had enlightened them about numerous minor aspects that needed to be grasped, and they successfully acquired that knowledge. In the closing ceremony, Mr. Durga Prasad Chimoriya, the trainer , Mr. Krishna Bahadur Darji, Branch manager from Nirdhan Laghubitta and Mr. Manish Ratna Konajo, the Program Officers from Nirdhan, distributed certificates to the participants. They extended their gratitude to the participants for their enthusiastic engagement in the training program.
